I went back to GlideN64 Public Realease 4.0, but the dump option doesn't seem to work for me. So now im using Rice 0.4.4 to dump, but dont know if it is a good option to make a pack nowadays...

I got existing hires waverace softmod and duplicate or quadruplicate every enviromental texture and sharpened a little bit. I dont know how to make higher res textures for the hud, numbers, letters and small things like that. If someone know a good tutorial for that please share with me. ;)...
