I have a XP2400 + and a radeon 9200SE card, this should be enought to run Capcom vs SNK, but the game runs like in "slow motion" I get about 30FPS, and the game runs in half-speed, with 60FPS the game runs perfectly, but I just get 60FPS at the menus same with Soul Calibur =( All my friends...
