is there any way to use a pokemon gameboy game pak and a transfer pack on a Nintendo 64 emulator?

When I am playing, the screen starts glitching, but only when im walking what is the problem? is it my comp, my rom, or my emulator? or could it be a virus?

When Im in toad town and Im walking the screen keeps glitching, but only when Im moving, does anyone know what the problem is? I think it might be the rom, so should I download a different one?
