I downloaded Project64, and I love it, it work(ed) for just what I needed it for. I was using the Jabo_Direct3D7.DLL, and it worked fine. I think I accidently changed the settings or something, I'm not too sure what I did, but I get this error now: Direct3D failed to initialize your HAL device...
