alright, got mario party 4 to work, like 10 fps only tho :\, also when i goto select a memory card i get this error: Video-Plugin Error: Unknown Opcode (0x3e) Any ideas?

I get the message "booting..." when i load my Mario party 4 .GCM file, and it just says that for awhile, i went afk for an hour and it still said "booting..." I have tried other "test" games ( homebrewed or something, found them on a website ) that are said to make dolphin work, but i just get...
