When i open Zelda 64 it runs really slow at .5 and .7 what is wrong? memory 384.0 mb AMD athlon processer

when i open 1964 0.9.9 and open Zelda Ocarina of Time(the only rom i have) it says "Error to start video" what should i do? the rom isn't the problem cuz it runs on Mupen64 but really really slow at .7 O_o ne help would be greatly appriciated
