The polygons for characters and their machines disappear behind things they should be in front of. Is there a fix for this?

I got Project 64 about a week ago, and have enjoyed it with Oot. I downloaded my second game(WDC) yesterday, but it doesnt load. When I try to, it says AutoDetect Error: Unable to detect microcode settings. Can you help me get this running?
