I was playing Pokemon Stadium 2 for a while and when I closed the system and moved a few files around (game files for Yellow and Gold respectively), Project64 would read those files. IT would read the cartridge, but not the save files. CAN ANYONE HELP ME OUT HERE, PLEASE

Yo, I'm having a few problems with N-Rage's Input Plugin. It seems that for any game played with the Transfer pak (Pokemon Stadium 1+2, Mario Tennis, etc), Project64 will understand the cartridge, but not the save file. Why is that?
