how do i turn an iso into a playable gcm for dolphin? i've fixed my previous problem, and i've got an iso, but i'm not sure how to change it..

I can't get dolphin to work! I installed everything, even other plugins and stuff but I can't load or even test new games because it says "cannot find plugins, try going to configure" but i can't, when i try to do that it says something like "cannot configure option" I don't know why it isn't...
