Anyone got anywhere near to getting this to run?

Ok so i mounted shenmue disc 1 kalisto in daemon tools and booted in chankast and the dreaded BSOD appears and the machine resets i have tried several times more all to the same outcome anyone else experienced this problem or similar or know how i can fix it?

Dont know if this has been done before but here goes. When the echelon screen appears and the emulator appears to have frozen and will not let you continue go to options/configure controls and reconfigure all the controls to enable you to play the game you may need to do this more than once...
