I never used to have this problem. I haven't made any changes to my computer recently. Windows XP ATI ALL In Wonder Radeon 8500DV video card 1 GB RAM JNes 0.5.3 Drawing Method - Hardware Stretch I can't even play games anymore because its so slow. Any help?

I am getting terrible frame rates with JNes. This never used to happen. I haven't changed anything on my computer recently either. I've tried to use the newer version but can't configure my sidewinder to work with it. Can anyone help?
