I remade some of Chameleon Twist game, tell me what you think Original Game Textures made

i'm working on making hi res textures for a game, and when i make a dump of levels, i see a couple of odd textures, others are fine just a few that are messed up.Can anyone give me any pointers? or does anyone know why this happens? Example below
