Is it possible to play a game that was ripped and put into a burned data disc? I use SSF which play some of my games would my comp be able to read it play as if it were asaturn game disc?

is it possible to correspond a pad on a laptop, i mean like the little square to move the cursor with your finger and the touchpad? and have the dual screen side-by-side as the left side the top screen and the right be what you see on the bottom and the pad will be as if you were interacting...
