I recently downloaded the ISO for CvS2 where a guy had modified the music for the game. I've been wanting to make an edited version too using more personalised music from my library but I'm pretty much at a loss at the moment on what software is involved and how I go about editing the music...

Just a quick question that I hope someone can shed some light on. This might seem a stupid question but I'm just curious about it... if an image of a game is in NTSC format... when it's burned to a CDR and used on the console will it still be an NTSC game which will only play on an NTSC...
