Zelda controls newbie plss help!!

hey guys!!

can someone plss help me with zelda oot controls? i found out z is a, x is b think for the sword.. but wat do u press to get items on the top menu, z targeting, how to block with shield, etc ?? argghh!! thanks.. im using the 1964 085, xp, pentium 4 does that help, im a emulator newbie..
