this may be really redundant. i have a wireless xbox 360 controller, and was thinking of getting the microsoft wireless Receiver for the pc so i could use the controller for emu games.

does the wireless microsoft controller, first party, have rumble on project 64, and does it function fully?

i heard there were issues with using both triggers at the same time...?

i really don't to use a different controller, because i feel this is the most comfortable one around?

is it a good idea to buy the wireless receiver, or does it not work well?

No, and No

the plugins are made for Dinput, the controller is made for xinput.

the only hope is that someone finally gets XBCD working on the wireless control

Let me be very clear:

I have the Wireless 360 Reciever for windows and the Wireless controller and it does work with Project 64 1.6. Both controller plugins work with it.

However, there is no rumble feature for it at this time.
I have not noticed any issue with the tiggers.

The wireless reciever works great, also you can use your headset too.
Some older games don't support the controller properly like BF1942.

Half-life 2 has an issue too, but CS:S and other HL2 mods work fine with it, which is very weired.

let me be more clear

THIS CONTROL IS MADE FOR XINPUT

IT IS COMPATIBLE WITH DINPUT! BUT, NOT WITH FORCEFEEDBACK

THIS IS WHAT XBCD IS FOR

BUT!, XBCD IS CURRENTLY NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE WIRELESS CONTROLS

SO I WILL BE LOOKING INTO THIS MYSELF OVER THE COMING DAYS!
