Nintendo has been sued again for it's wiimote straps this time Nintendo's reporting of information questioned.

Well Nintendo shouldn't of hid info like that simply because someone was going to find out sooner or later. They also should work on making better starps if the straps really are not working.
On the other hand most T.V's that are broken are probably done by people, mostly kids, who swing the wiimote violently like a real bat and/or tennis racket. Adults should be smart enough to know that they are still standing in front of their T.V.'s and that the wiimote does not need anything but a light flick of the wrist, and they should explaind this to their kids and other people using their Wii.
My family has a Wii for everyone to use and we know how to properly use it, but I guess some people don't have any common sense.
