As you know progress goes ever forward, the use of materials changes the systems we use change.

Well here is likely a fairly accurate set of 'future' of computing lists.

I'm skeptical of 5 and 9, but I look forward to 4, though I think other technologies besides NAND will need to come to the table to make it happen.
