Where does evoodoo.cpl file go to? system32 or plugin?

Where do u extract evoodoo.cpl file to when u download the evoodoo 3.99 beta?
Glide3x.dll goes in system32 right?

Also to the system32 dir (to the normal system dir in win98). It's a control panel-file to access the settings in the control panel.

just unzip all the files from the zip into the directory of your emulator.
