As for your question, it's better to find the answer yourself. For instance you can see the differences in RECV when activating the different graphics options.
Since it is a Capcom game, "Capcom hack" may help.
"Use ZWrite" will improve graphics, letting you see the inventory properly.
"Use AlphaTest ZWrite" will give you even better graphics, letting you see the text on the computers' screens (i.e. in the palace, at the main floor)
The CPU should be underclocked/overclocked according to your cpu speed in order to get better in-game performance.
The same goes with every game, just try the options and see the effects. If you like what you see, keep it.
