What are the Number 1 plugins for this Emulator?

I had good times with this emulator in the past, and I want to download it again. So what some good sound and video plugins?

Video: Rice's Video 5.6.0, Jabo's d3d 1.5(.1), Glide64 0.7 ME (with hacktarux' glide wrapper if you don't have a voodoo).
Sound: Azimer's audio 0.40 beta2, Jabo's Directsound 1.5. To improve audio quality (and in some cases video quality too) enable the RSP-plugin.

Where do I put the gilde wrapper for it to work with gilde 64?
