Well, I opened up PD, setup 4 players, moved em around and stuff...
On an xp 2100, it maintained 60 vi/sec with limiter set. I would suggest that it does indeed work, at full speed.
I really can't, It's only me who's doing this, not me and a buddy or two. if I get the opportunity, I will check. The importance of netplay has been repeatedly stressed, so I'm sure at some point I'll see netplay and we'll see where it goes from there.
