i have a

PIII 750
600 and something Mb of ram
TNT2
WinXP Pro

i have the latest version and the sound is jerky because its maxed out i think. in the CPU usage %, the idle is always on 0%. i have everything needed dont I? if i look at something simple like the sky, the sound fixes. then i look back and screws up.

Computer too slow, no way around it except by upgrading. You can also try azi's sound plugin which uses slightly less resources.

make sure you have both boxed in RSP cfg checked.
