SSF Speed settings

is there any way to control the fps on SSF? I have fire pro six man scramble and it runs way to fast and would like to know if there is a way to slow it down or is there another emulator that can run it fine??

Disable Vsync and enable Autoframeskip.

Or if your refresh rate is set to 60, enable vsync. (it will run PAL games at 60hz that way though)
