I figured out a way to get good speed and sound at the same time (well at least for me). First off choose azimers audio .20b. Then go to options and choose automatic frame skip. Choose pj64's rsp. Then load your rom and you are all set. I hope this tip helps us kids with crappy gfx cards or slow computers. Please give me some feedback if it helped you out or not.
EDIT: I did some more testing with it and it seemed to work best with jabos graphics plugins with rices I got flickering in fullscreen and in gln64 i got bad sound.
