I'm playing SoA, it works, i've gotten through the patching of the Echelon etc, but I have run into a certain problem. I play it till a certain point, then the screen goes black, whatever sound which was playing at that point in time repeats itself over and over again (annoying) and it doesn't seem i can do anything about it. Is there a way to avoid this?

it happends to everyone, all you can do is save every chance you get. The black screen is usually caused by choosing commands too early when a random battle starts, you have to wait a few seconds before you choose anything.

Yeah, I'm up to a point where you just can't save. Hop on a train, fights (quite a few), and usually it black screens me during a video. I tried underclocking the emulator (making CPU 50 instead of 100) and it froze up even quicker. (While on the train)

I just wish i knew a way to not get that black screen... I dun like that thing at all!!! :angry:
