How do I make the Sin and punishment translation hack work. I move the files into my rom but its still in japanese. I downloaded winRAR but still I can'tget it to work.
It's not an actual hack. You need to get Rice's video plugin, which allows "hi res textures". Since all text is a texture, the translation is just using that.
Look on the 1964 forum for more info, though the plugin does work with Project64.
