Save Pak Directory Problems

Whenever I try to play Mystical Ninja, it tells me that the "MemPak Directory doesn't exist," and offers to make one at "C:\Program Files\1964\099\MemPaks."

If I click okay, it tells me that it "Couldnt create/open MemPakfile," because "The system cannot find the path specified."

How do I get the MemPak to work?

PS: Bear with me, because I'm completely new to this emulation stuff.

Plug-ins\Input Settings\Controller Pak

...uncheck RawData. That'll simplify things for you.
