1. Henryxs87 is from Chile (a Latin America country).
2. If you wish to continue to use 1.7.0.50 then you can still use Henryxs87's RDB as it is fairly up-to-date.
3. Audio/Timing in Project64 2.0 is pretty troublesome regardless of audio plugin. It needs to be tweaked appropriately for smoother experience/stable netplay (although PJ64 2.X does not have netplay yet).

An RDB for PJ64 2.0 is in my to do list. I just haven't done it yet because it implies a huge amount of work.
By the way, have you download the updated RDB for PJ64 2.0 released shortly afterwards?
