Problems with most games.

Bomberman 64: the second attack - after a few minutes of playing, I can't use any up/down controls.
Banjo-Kazooie - Half second freeze about every minute.
Paper Mario: Sorted out.
Bomberman 64 - Freezes and is unplayable after a few minutes.

These are 4 of the 5 games I've tried playing - I have no issue with LoZ:MM. Is my problem with the ROMs or the player? I'd love to be able to actually play these games....

Thanks.

Right now I'm just dealing with bomberman: TSA
I've tried using Jabo and Nrage controller inputs. I installed Glide64, and I'm still having this FUCKING PROBLEM!!!
The best I can do is save every few minutes and reload when I have the problem..

You've said nothing bout your computer specs. Have you checked that the ROMs you have are good?

Windows 7, home 6.1, build 7600
AMD athlon II x4 635 Processor (4 CPUs) ~ 2.9GHz
6144MB RAM
DirectX 11
Video Card: RS880

How do I check if a ROM is good? I can't exactly say 'I got it here, is that ok?'

Paper Mario is sorted out.. I just switch between video plugins..

It's an AMD chipset, most likely bundled with a Radeon HD 4250M. Said integrated graphics chip should work fine, so either his RDB or graphics card drivers are outdated, or he hasn't read any ROM Notes or the GameFAQ for possible solutions.

@pureskyll:
As far as game errors, there is an updated rdb you might try if you haven't already... http://www.pj64-emu.com/downloads/project64/updates/ Also, please check the game notes for those games as mentioned earlier; there may be fixes or known compatibility issues on the games you named.

For checking roms, pj64 uses goodtools info (goodtools vs no-intro or tosec, etc. is a debate reserved for another day :p) so, there used to be a site - now offline - that described the process. Thanks, archive.org! http://web.archive.org/web/20080307051655/http://www.smiff.clara.net/articles/managing_roms.htm
