Problem with rice plugin v6.1.1 !(HELP)!

Everytime I open project64 and go to settings a message pops up saying rice plugin failed, because it couldn't find bmglib.dll and i've already extracted both rice plugin v6.1.1 and bmglib.dll in my plugins folder. the same error occurs on both p64 and 1964.

BMGLibPNG.dll needs to be placed in the emulators directory, not the plugins folder
