Phantasy Star Online 2 : question

Hello everyone !

I have a little question about PSO 2 :

I manage to run this game properly (aside from some video glitches already mentionned ...)

I can create a character, buy/sell things, etc ...

I'm also able to complete the first two quests (Magnitude of Metal and Claiming a stake)

But I'm getting a freeze during the 3rd one (Battle training).

All goes well until speaking to Kireek after getting the datadisk and slaying the wolves.
The screen reduces as to display a dialogue or cutscene, turns black and then the game freezes (music repeats itself, and the pause and reset option in the file menu don't work)

I've tried with Chankast 02a and 025, with Daemon tools 4.00 and 3.47

Has someone also had this problem (and found a solution ?)

[edit] : if it works for someone else, could this person be kind enough to send me a savegame in .dci format, with a HUmar that has completed just this one quest (about 15-20mn of gameplay ...) ?
Please contact me with PM, I would be grateful. I could then test further quests, just to see if its only just this quest not running, or if I have further problems.
