Perfect Dark Framerate

Hello all. I am curious at how to make perfect dark run at 60fps? Coz on my pc it runs exactly the same as n64 does, no matter what settings I use.

My specs is Core 2 duo e6750 @3.2ghz
2gb ddr 2 800mhz ram 4-4-412
Nvidia geforce 9600gt
XP Sp3

Its all custom made by me and tweaked ..etc.. everything runs perfect on it (even crysis at 4xaa 8xaf 1440x900)

Any tweaks / settings / plugins i should be using?

Im using jabo d3d8 1.6 atm.

I have seen this game on youtube somewhere running at 60fps.

Are you using Mupen64? Or Project64?
I wonder because you're using Jabo's plugin.

Depends on the emulator too. Mupen64 isn't as well optimised as Project64 is.

I don't know what you mean by runs just like the N64, because it ran at 60 fps (NTSC).

Which makes your question a bit strange...
Because my computer is not as good as that, and it runs at 60fps fine in Project64.

In Mupen however, it generally runs at around 40fps, even using the same plugin (Jabo's D3D8).
