First, get Project64 1.6. It's much more up-to-date and speedier than 1.5 ever was. However, you can keep and continue to use the plugins from PJ1.5 if you really want to. http://www.pj64-emu.com/downloads/project64/binaries/

As for the save file I have this. It doesn't have everything completed on Perfect Agent, nor does it have all the cheat options, but it's very far along (everything completed on Special Agent lol). Perfect Agent mode is hard.
