Ocarina of Time Save game help

Hey guys

Yesterday I was doing the Shadow Temple and I saved using F5 as always. Then today I open the game and I load with F7 and.... I'm in the Water Temple! I lost everything I had done the whole day.

Is there anyway I can recover the saved file that seems to have vanished??

No. However, you can check if you've accidentally saved to a different slot. If not, then you are SOL.

Don't rely solely on savestates. They are unreliable, and you just learned that the hard way. Use the game's own save feature.
