No graphics plugin detected

i just got dolphin and tried to run my first game [naruto 3] and i've tried dl the dll package and placing in emulator directory. when i use teh configuration wizard, after i click next from choosing the directory of my games, an error saying 'This application has failed to start because d3d9.dll was not found. re-installing the application may fix this problem.' Then i press ok and it takes me to the 'choose plugins' screen. it detects all plugins but the graphics one! i have a feeling that is why my game does not work. Could anybody help me out? thanks!

use the search function and type d3d9.dll as the search string.

that's a stupid suggestion which you shouldn't listen to. d3d9 means you haven't got directx 9 installed. so go and do that

ooh hey downloading directx9 got it to work! thanks man! now all i gota do is get the fps higher than 4-5 ):

EDIT: naruto 3 wont go any faster than that ingame if it can
