Newbie (to GC emu) needing advice

I don't know much about gamecube emulatiuon (I'm familar with others), but now that I have a new pc I would like to try it. Can someone tell me if my new laptop will be able to play some of the gamecube games that are actually playable?

Specification = Good
Emulator = developing state

Conclusion: Some games run but the emulator is not optimized yet. Lots of textures arent working/buggy. And there is no sound in most games. But hey who the hell cares. There is a start!

It's good to know that my laptop will run GC emulation. I'm just happy that we're able to play the GC games on our pc. Any progress is good in my opinion. It doesn't have to be perfect. I can wait and watch the emulator get better over time like so many others have. Thanks for the reply.
