ok i am new at emulation but i wa playing zelda ocarina of time. On digg i saw Djipi's Final Cel Zelda MOD i really really wanted it but i couldnt understand the steps to installing it and plenty of people have explained it to me. Is there a rom package or emulation package included with this mod or somthing...

The Project64 developers haven't given permission to repackage Project64. All the information you need can be found in the stickies on the 1964 --> High Resolution Texture Projects forum. If you can't understand the advice given there, I don't think there is an easier way that you could understand.
