My chankast wont' start up

I everytime i try to start up the exe i got a message "This application has failed to start because d3d9.dll was not found. Re-install the appilication may fix this problem." Everytime. Does anybody know how to fix this problem? Okay thanks!

Install DirectX 9.0b from Microsoft.com.

Install Direct 9.0b in your system windows xp.BTW,you'd better install ASPI.
