Mouse freeze issue

While I started 1964 v.0.8.3, my mouse freezed in the middle of the screen. I did not have such glitch while using Project 64 1.5.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

i think that it is your os. 0.8.3 doesn't like 98SE that much. users with 98 had many problems with it. either use 0.7.3 or wait for 0.8.4

By chance are you using Nrage's input with mouse controls? it'll do that
