This game locks up in the latest beta 2003-11-18b at the title screen; after you press start. Turning DMA in segments to off in the .ini seems to fix this problem.
This isn't a bug. Some games are just more sensitive to timing setting than other games. At the meantime, other games have timing problems if you don't use DMA timing for them.
