Legend of Zelda Ocarina of time problem

So i'm playing project 64 legend of zelda (on pc) and i'm in the great deku tree...in one of the rooms in b1 there is supposed to be an underwater switch but in my game its not there...did anyone else have this problem? and how do i fix it? I can't continue the game without it! Thanks!

My guess is that you've been playing Master Quest.

It probably is, get the original game, in the master quest game the dungeon's is different from the original one's
