when you get hit in the game or inhale an bad guy , kirby will just stay mouth open , and sometimes it will freeze.

It's in the title of the thread! Albeit spelt incorrectly.

Anyways the solution is to go and right click on the game, rom properties and turn CP1 Unusable exceptions off.
