Jeezh FPS huge drops

When I opened harvest moon - AWL , it starts off with 130 FPS then drops to 0.04 fps. It is because of my processor and ram being too low?

- geforce 4 ti - 128 mb video card
- 1.5 ghz processor
- 384 MB Ram

Only people with an IQ over the magic 17 are capable to play Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Livewith 60 FPS...
Sorry... no change to play for you!
Btw: it's just beta software and it will be a long time till you can play with a playable speed!
