Well I'd think Microsoft would use something a little more advanced than a cannon? And who's willing to bet this cannon of theirs is another stolen code?

Search for the missing file on the internet and put it in your system folder. Then reset your computer and install it again. If it still dosen't work, try installing it with your hard drive disconnected. For some reason XP2 dosen't like overwrite files with power going to them. Let us know if you get it working.
