How can i Extracting Skins and Textures?

Hello,
I want extracting the skins from Zelda OoT, how can i do that? I saw lots of videos where Link had a Black Armor, so i want it too.

ok thx, but with wich programm can i extract the skins, there are only High res textures, i only want to change colors, like in this video:

or your basic

I know how i can edit the textures...i want to extract them out of the rom....
