Help!

Ok I just downloaded project 64 and i got an error message that says, direct 3d failed to initialize Error code 8876086A D3ERR_NOT AVAILABLE. i tried running dxdiag, and i went and saw that direct 3d wasn't available. I downlaoded directx 10, and i still get the same message. Can somebody please bless me with your computer knowledge?

Let's make a wild guess here: Either you have a very poor graphics card/chip or your graphics card's drivers are corrupted.

Trying to install DirectX (let alone DirectX10 of all things) is not going to help.
