I would like to know if I am able to run roms for dolphin with a ATI Radeon X700 256MB

Oh and I forgot to ask..Is it true that dolphin cant emule super smah bros melle with no problems??

no, there are some glitches, and like all other 3D games, it runs slow. It runs slow for all of us, its a CPU issue, so frameskip wont fix it.

If you don't mind "playing" at 1/10 normal speed, knock yourself out.

It also depends on the game. You might want to check it out, if you are interested in discussing emulation, just search the forums. If your not interested, just come back in like 3 years when gamecube emulation gets faster (maybe slower at this rate of development) and more complicated. And dont ask us where to find isos or you will have to face the wrath of Falc, Allnatural, or totter. (you will be banned)

welcome to the club, we all have that problem, like I said, Its a CPU issue, you can search through these forums and find countless threads about how slow the dolphin is, and why its slow.

Yea, Dolphin is completely CPU limited, I've tested it on cards from the X800Pro to a 7800GTX, and now to my X1900XTX, and the framerate is exactly the same.
