Help for the frist timer please!!!

Ok i have played allmost every game out there with little to no problme, well i finally came to one, while playing Toy Story 2 the game and the sound sound like they have been put into slow-mo....any help would be great!

My Sys Specs:

Processor: Intel Pentium 4 3.0 GHz
Memory: 2558MB
Video: 256MB ATI Radeon x600 HyperMemory
DirectX: 9.0c
Operating system: Windows XP Home
