HELP!!! Drives deactiveted by Windows?

Please, I hope someone can help me!
2 of 3 drives of mine are deactivated by windows (failure 22) and I can't reactivate them, because there are some compatibility issues my system said.
The very crazy thing is: all 2 drives are burnes.
BTW: my Images ones are deactivated too... I can use them on my PC but don't use them inside my PC (that means they open etc. but nothing more)
Please help me, I need it for my LAN!

Omg , I had error this with my TV Card , and i didn't knew where it appaered , it came from nowhere , and the only way i could fix it , was to reinstall Windows ( I had not to format the drive , i've just installed Windows over the old one , the old installation will be deleted , and you can keep your files on C: )

Got it to work.
Just have to deinstall all my drives and after that I've done a search for plug and play devices and: *hossa* there they are.
No reinstalling ! Yeah!
